What Is An HO6 Policy?
Did you know that it is the responsibility of each condominium unit owner to purchase liability and personal property coverage for the interior of his or her individual unit?
This type of protection is commonly referred to as an HO6 / Condominium Unit Owners Policy. While there are many insurance companies that offer HO6 policies, not all policies are the same. As an independent agency, we have access to a variety of companies, which allows us to provide you with the best possible coverage. We offer policies which include protection for losses due to flood, wind, fire or lightning, smoke, vandalism, theft, wind driven rain, earthquake & much more!!
Puckett, Scheetz & Hogan's policy provides coverage based on replacement cost for your personal property up to the policy limits. If you have a COVERED loss such as a fire, our policy will pay you enough to replace the items that you lost. Remember, our policy will only pay up to the policy limit. This HO6 policy provides limited coverage for your building items. Rental income, loss assessment and premises liability coverage is also included.
